Fugitive Recovery Services

​Bond Monee Bail Bonding provides professional fugitive recovery services exclusively by authorized assignment.

 

We do not accept direct public requests, retail recovery inquiries, or self-initiated cases. All fugitive recovery operations are performed only upon formal assignment from licensed bail bond agencies or surety companies, and in compliance with South Carolina law.

 

Professional Recovery Fee Schedule

Fugitive recovery services are billed as a percentage of the principal amount of the bond:

• 90 days: 10% of the principal bond

• 60 days: 12% of the principal bond

• 30 days or less: 15% of the principal bond

These fees are fixed and non-negotiable.

 

Recovery operations conducted within a 100-mile radius inside South Carolina are included in the recovery fee. Assignments requiring travel beyond this radius may incur additional expenses, including lodging, transportation, and related costs, which are billed in advance.
